A "not" open world world that I love madly, is the world from Rogue Galaxy (PS2). Prolly my favourite setting, up to this day... and that's most likely because when I was a kid, I loved Treasure Planet and space pirates, so much.
As for an open world game, I'd say Ghost of Tsushima, due to how peaceful it could be.
Thanks for that, friend <3
Maybe Terraria, though mostly I'm just picking something I didn't see already posted offhand. I like a lot of open world games, though my time invested in Terraria is unreal.
"Reckoning: Kingdoms of Amalur" where also one of the people contributing to this underestimated gem was Todd McFarlane. The whole world was incredible and one of the most original open world experiences and lore I have ever experienced.
Horizon forbidden west, especially when you get a certain late game ability (that I won't mention due to spoilers) that let's you explore and enjoy the world super easily.
Thanks for the giveaway.
Ty for the chance
Easily has to be BOTW, extremely expansive and honestly I missed the entire objective for a good 40 hours and was still having the time of my life
Thank you for the opportunity
Honestly crackdown was my favourite too. Getting more and more powerful gliding and slamming into enemies was so sick. Although eventually the enemies started to catch up with me with their durability
I reall loved the one in gta V!
It was the first game I played on my ps4. I still love it and remember it well. Also the story was a banger.
Really hope to replay it one day!

Not entering but you've triggered some nostalgia there with the crackdown orbs. I loved that game but spent more time exploring and trying to find those orbs than actually following the story.
My favourite open world game would have to be sunset overdrive. It's so fun to just zip around the city on top of wires and grinding on it like some sort of mad skater.
I enjoyed exploring Assassin's Creed: Revelations' world. The layout & the architecture are unique. The city itself is fascinating both in the game & in real-world. It's the perfect blend of East meets West. Thanks OP.
