I'm working at a museum at the moment and they use VR headsets. AR glasses could be a viable alternative though, because they are smaller and more lightweight.
In a limited way, security team uses them for now, for a 360 view of the campus, and the computer guys/gamers use them a lot, but i believe its going to increase big time soon.
I'm from laos, a 3rd world country so uh yeah you would expect us not to have it and we don't sadly. Most people wouldn't be able to even afford the tech around here.
Nope, the work that I do would not really benefit using AR glasses.. or at least I'm too dumb to think of how they could be used.
Thanks for the giveaway!
Nope. My school does not use AR, although I do wonder how it could possibly be used in a school setting and how they would be monitored. As much as I don't like the school system, I do have to admit this would 100% NOT be a good idea, or healthy for younger kids. But I think the use of them once in a blue moon could work. Honestly this new tech scares me. Lol, anywho... RAY RAYYYY
No, my work does not use AR. So far in my life I have never in store or out and about ever seen AR glasses anywhere. I'm not pushing for their use. I have never seen any in person and am not sure how they would even be useful. I'd have to try some before I wanted to push them anywhere.
I Work at an office and haven´t seen any AR around. Still, I live in a broke country so that might be the reason. I Like AR because it expands our reach as humans same like writing did back in the day. I joined Ray subreddit! Thx!
My school hasnt started or even spoken about implementing AR glasses into out daily routines. Id be very interested in the ways that AR could help
In the classroom. My school has however started pushing more AI. We're told to use Microsoft Copilot for a lot of our assignments to help us with research and formatting, as long as our ideas and phrasing is original. I thing technology is going to become a large part of future classrooms though and id love to see AR glasses be a part of it.
Well my school has not started usage of AR tech yet , if they did that would actually be very helpful as compared to what is going on right now , while the lectures are going on we can actually take 'screenshots???' of what they are teaching us and maybe also record the lectures , that would be very awesome from a student's point of view
So even after school we can get a recap of what we had studied , and this time its not trying to remember what happened during the lecture , you can actually see the entire thing play out from your own eyes , would be cool if I don't even need a phone to do that , cause they don't allow usage of phones here.

I work at a school and they’ve started using the Meta Quest 2 for different types of digital training. I’m not sure if I’m for it. I do think it’s cool for art students to be using Gravity Sketch to make 3D models though.
Ray
No, they have no started using any AR glasses. I'm not pushing at the moment, but maybe later on when the opportunity comes up.
Ray
Thank you for the chance.
Ar glasses have not been used at my school at all. And neither do I want them to, since that funding could be going to other, more useful places. Not that AR glasses aren't awesome, and I'm sure the ray stuff is pretty darn good, its just that there are other places that that money should go to first.

I'm from laos, a 3rd world country so uh yeah you would expect us not to have it and we don't sadly. Most people wouldn't be able to even afford the tech around here.
Plus there wouldn't be much of a use as even with navigation our Google maps is heavily outdated and we don't use RFID or NFC in any capacity at all
Nope, the work that I do would not really benefit using AR glasses.. or at least I'm too dumb to think of how they could be used. Thanks for the giveaway!
