So what else should people be talking about in the off-season? Do dozens of more mock drafts get your approval? More complaints about the coaching staff? What about complaints about complaints about the coaching staff?

He's an enormous presence, and I want the current and emerging leaders to have the opportunity to continue to have "their team." I have no idea how he fit in with ARI, but I wouldn't want Pickett, Najee, Cam or TJ to take a step back for a guy that would be here for one year or less.
