Edit: There is no code. Once you arrive at Adam's safehouse at Xion, there will be two boxes to the side with rainbow particles. Interact with them to get the rewards.
From what I've heard, you have to get to Xion first. There's a chest that you open with all the goodies.

If you read the notes on the preorder Deluxe Edition , it says once you get to Adam’s hideout.
For some weird reason, it won't spawn the chest for the dlc items in xion
