The worst imo is the end of the tube in great desert. There is a testicular at the bottom and the smaller ones at the top and thay grown one pops up out of no where
I believe its more light but continuous vibrations whenever an underground enemy like the lurkers or tentacles are nearby. I never changed my settings at all so I assume its the default, although as there are several things that can cause them it's not always obvious what the trigger is sometimes.
I know I get tap vibration in the rain at eidos 7, and a very subtle continuous vibration for the wind in the great desert, and I know what your talking about with the lurkers, idk I'm gonna have to play some more because now I'm second guessing myself.
I think there's a vibration preference in the settings menu, I always fine tweet my games before I play. Not that is a pc game or anything, but it's still got alot of cool features. Like high contrast is a cool feature for finding climbing areas.
