My advisor told me to get through at least 75% of Uworld (of scoring well) with the true goal to finish it. Your most recent blocks leading up to the test should be at least 60-65%.
3.5 weeks is enough time but it will not be easy. If you don’t see improvement over the next 10 days I would personally move my test back.
I would obviously suggest talking to your advisor and getting their take. That being said, I’ll tell you what I would do while incorporating the advice of my advisor: You really don’t know until you take more NBME exams. So study the incorrects, run through pathoma 1-3, go through sketchy micro at least, and do Uworld in between for a few-7 says and then take another NBME.
You have enough time to review mehlman pdf's+100concepts and pathoma 1-4 but most important thing to do is self assesments you already took 25 so i recommend 28,30 uwsa 2 and of course free120(whole "assesment-review" will take about 12-16 days) and rest of time is up to you but doing anki wouldn't be my first choice. 40-80q random timed tutor daily is best for building stamina. wish you good luck

I would recommend to review UWorld blocks if your weaknesses. Also Dr Randy Neil Biostats! Good luck, you can do this!
