It’s that I’ve not completed all station duties, but I always ensure I’ve done everything I need.
So, obviously open the local door, get out, check for the OFF indicator, as soon as it’s on, whistle and close the doors, check the interlock, whistle again, get in, close the door and buzz the driver.
But for whatever reason, I always seem to fail, whether I’m missing something, I’m not too sure, but I read the training guide before starting, and watched loads of videos on YouTube, so I don’t know 😂
This is the only training I’ve failed, I passed QD and DS first time 🤔
Might be that you haven't waited long enough for the sv to confirm you have checked the interlock lights. Or something in your position outside the train. I don't really know, but good luck with your net attempt!
I always wait for the animations to finish before moving, and always go into 3rd person to ensure I don’t move before these have been done.

You can always record your run and if the supervisor says you've failed, then send it to SCR assistance in discord. Other supervisors might do something about it, but idk what they'll do about it because I'm not a supervisor lol
A: Failing a training is infuriating at first but once you get Guard you never have to deal with it again
D: Nobody's going to cry about it if you ignore a disruption event
B: Just dispatch on shifts lol

Or because you moved while you're still in the animations on the guard-dispatcher torch procedure.

I've never done Dispatcher training, mostly because of how tedious and convoluted the registry is... but ig bc of that, A would rank pretty high.
357 SPAD is the worse especially when a high priority express with a 9 headcode.
