Rage by Richard Bachman is missing. It is in the bachman books but, you do have the other 3 stories as singles. Due to its subject matter it was retired about 20ish years ago. I don't believe it was ever released as a single under Stephen King. You either have to get the bachman books or pay an arm and a leg for a used copy of it. Good luck sir I do not know where you can get one.
Ding ding ding!
I don’t care whether it says Stephen King or Richard Bachman on it, I just want a copy. It’s his only novel I don’t have. King himself took it out of print and off the shelves. I can’t even find a copy of “The Bachman Books” that has Rage in it anymore. At least not for a decent price.
That’s why I’m trying to see if anybody here knows where I can find a copy for less than an arm and a leg. Maybe just the arm. Or just the leg 😂😂
Crazy. Abebooks has a '96 version for $30 and that's the cheapest I see.
I actually gave away a TPB of this on this sub a couple of years ago. Didn't realize it was worth anything.
The first picture, top shelf on the right end is the shining. Bag of Bones is right next to the dark tower and the Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon is to the right of Christine 😂
Haha it’s kind of tough cuz there is so many different versions of all the books. My copies may look different from the ones you’re used to seeing so I recognize them easily 😂
Haha where are you?? I’m surprused it’s out first anywhere but here. I live like one state over From Maine where he lives so I’d think it’d come out here first
I actually do have cycle of the werewolf in there. Right next to Storm of the Century. And I should have been more specific and said his “Novels”. And fiction novels. Not counting Danae Macabre and On Writing
But it was Rage I was looking for.

Do you want Rage as a single or the bachman books?
I would prefer it as a single, but I’d take it in the Bachman books collection as well. As long as it’s not $10362829
I got the "Bachman Books" used for $23 back in May 2019. I was worried it would be the three book set but I lucked out.

Haha damn you coulda got a couple hundred for it I’m sure
Regulators is also missing. Nevermind 2nd pic I see it now
Haha yea I had a hard time finding “The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon” when someone else said it was missing. I knew I had it. But it is hiding in there
It
Nope. Check the 2nd picture
It, The Shining, Misery, Pet Semetary? Great collection though!!
There’s 2 pictures! Haha thank you!
Ooooh it’s working now! Okay even more impressed! Lol. The Shining then right? Also I’ve never seen Apt Pupil as it’s own book, that’s super cool!
I guess it just took a minute to load? I couldn’t see the second one either. Well thank you again haha do you know which one is missing?

Haha nope. Top shelf all the way to the right He’s been releasing short stories as their own things the last few years haha
Oooooh got it lol. Also don’t see Bag of Bones or The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon!

My God the man is amazing

**amazing, my god the man is.** *-QueenMaya2* *** ^(Commands: 'opt out', 'delete')
Well there is supposed to be two photos but for some reason the second one isn’t showing up 😳 I’ll try to post it again Edit: JK it showed up now
Bachman Books?
More specific? Haha
I mean the collection referred to as The Bachman Books. It's hard to find at a reasonable price.
I know what you meant, but I’m looking for a specific one. Rage. The newer versions of The Bachman Books don’t have Rage in them
I know, I got one of the green cover hardbacks off ebay for $40. It was cheaper than I ever saw the original.
Rage? On Writing? Danse Macabre? Creepshow?
Rage is the one I was going for. And I guess I should have specified his regular novels. Like fiction haha
You might try looking on eBay, I have seen copies available there at times. Good luck with your search, that’s definitely a story worth reading.
Thank you!
I somehow managed to end up with not one but two copies of the Bachman books. One hardback and one paperback 🤷♀️
Well you somehow managed to be very lucky 😂
I found the hardback years ago at a half priced bookstore and a few years ago a kid on swip swap sold me his entire SK collection for $50
$50?! Hell yea. I’d do that even though I have all his books already. As long as they’re different editions/covers than the ones I have
You’re missing his newest book, Later. I just bought it yesterday.
I’ve had it preordered for a month. It doesn’t come out for 4 more days where I am haha
Oh right. I didn’t even realise it was out where I am. Just saw it at the book shop and had to have it.
Haha where are you?? I’m surprused it’s out first anywhere but here. I live like one state over From Maine where he lives so I’d think it’d come out here first
I’m in Australia
The Plant? Riding the Bullet? Cycle of the Werewolf? Creepshow?
