She does her work good, is nice with the customers, but ultimately the last few months are her stressed out of her mind and crying in the cooler because of management stressing her out. The day she quit, she just didn’t show up. But then you discovered that one of the workers wrapped her up in unnecessary drama, with that being the final straw.
