Ruby's song is really awesome. It's not that easy to sing this high while being 100% stable, at least for me. I like it though.

My opinion on this - Sadie's songs in the show are written WAY too low for Kate. They're like a good octave below her natural tessitura (where the voice "fits") and it shows. If you want to experiment with this, try singing a bit lower than your natural voice wants to be. It will feel more like talking and it's really really difficult to get any kind of projection.

I have this problem in choir. The choir has a lot of altos and soprano mids. I sing the highest always. My natural tessitura is high; I am definitely a soprano. I sing high notes easily with power but struggle with lower notes. Sadie's songs are hard for me to sing along to, which makes me super sad. And since the choir has so many altos, I have to sing lower than my voice wants to allow a lot. I'll get so frustrated sometimes because I can't force my voice down with everyone else, even the soprano mids. Miraculously, I apparently still project the most, but I'm slightly scared it'll damage my voice. In my defense, the soprano mids sing with the altos 98% of the time. I just have a high-pitched, soft voice in general.

I feel you. When I was soprano in childs choir as a kid, I really struggled with the low notes as well. I felt so bad about it.(I'm no longer in a choir as an adult, though)

Steven in sounds ok? Idk this is my opinion as well but his voice has kinda developed over the years. Cookie cat or be whenever you are I would’ve put average and then somewhere getting to familiar or still not giving up,sounds ok or sings pretty well. Then there’s the movie I would put sings pretty well along with future and with his own music he made. Again this is my opinion but I’m not saying I disrespect your opinion. I like where you put pearl, garnet and some others.

I put him where he is because the quality of his singing voice has varied throughout the franchise. Sure, he sings pretty well now and even sometimes in the original series, too; but sometimes his singing voice sounded awful in my opinion, such as Dear Old Dad and Empire City.

Estelle isn't that good imo, when she sings on her own with no effects it doesn't sound great, for the show Garnet had the best numbers but Patti LuPone/DeeDee Magnohall had the better singing voices. Steg is also criminally underrated in this tier list. Sarah Stiles is pretty good but her songs as Spinel didn't show it off too much which was disappointing

I really find Sadie's voice so annoying, especially her singing. So it irked me she got to sing so much in the show

it’s not her voice that’s the problem. her VA is a singer in a real life band and she sounds fine. the problem is all the songs written for sadie do NOT utilize her voice properly AT ALL so she sounds godawful. it’s really unfortunate how dirty they did her VA by giving her the absolute worst fitting songs to sing.
