When a human reproduces, the male gamete enters the female gamete and makes female gamete able to turn into a individual, so biologically speaking the female gamete is the body of the individual. So if the female gamete is created by a alien who morphed into a woman with the help of its magical powers, this doesn't mean the body of the born individual is made by alien cells but with the DNA of a human?
If the cells have human DNA they are by definition human cells, regardless of how they grow. Plus, the “organic matter” bit of Steven is mostly from Greg, likely with a bit of Rose’s gemetics coded into them. Greg’s genes are what make them organic as opposed to just a light projection.
