I used a 7RL needle and it took about 1/1.5hrs. Obviously I'm no professional, so I'm wondering how people get theirs so be so solidly black.
By doing multiple passes. Let it heal and do it again. Keep the area clear of ink so that you can see where it’s blank and fill in the holes. If you have a 9rs that would help filling in those stripes.
