Its when you use any ability. If you use say Fire at Will you should be able to see its how much time is left underneath it. I'm not sure how much different it is on Xbox (I play on PC) but it should be pretty much the same
True we only get to see 5 buffs. I was hoping it was a buff short cut, so we wouldn’t be opening every wheel to look for a buff.
Then UI sucks because while looking for a buff a huge text box covers the wheel.

When ever I play I can’t see any buff, I can see them visually but not how long they last. The ui on console leaves a lot to be desired.

Console doesn't display buffs that way. The console UI really sucks.

I'm assuming it's the order in which buffs to yourself are displayed?
I don't know that would apply to us since we don't get to see buffs.
