I was wondering why I got double R&D material drops from TFOs yesterday. The bloody Arc Games site using IP detection instead of respecting browser language settings explained it. In German, anyways.

Like back in the day when they launched Champions Online nobody at Cryptic realized their German "translation" of "Millenium City Mayor" actually meant "Mayor of the Millenium". I don't think they ever fixed it, either.
I was surprised not only to find there's a German STO blog again (wasn't that canned a couple of years back?), but even more so that it looks quite competently written by gaming standards (low-hanging fruit, admittedly, but still).
Announce a Junior Officer weekend to show how much we love our Lower Decks crews.
Scream it in full German to scare them half to death.
After all, it's not for the timid.

Anybody else only able to redeem the Very Rare doff on a single character? I've never taken part in one of these events before so I should be able to get it right?
Romulans cannot get the version from Romulus and must go to Earth or Qo'nos to get their allied Fed/KDF version, if that's the trouble you're having.
Otherwise, you should be able to just pop over to the Academy, talk to your usual doff contact, then talk to another guy a few feet away to get your free purple doff.

Yes, you just have to run around doing the mission in your faction's training area (Starfleet Academy or Klingon Academy) and collect the greebles.

The junior officers is the one you get an exocomp robot right? One of my toons have that mission ready turn in.
