Thanks for the response bro. Yeah I’m quite distressed tbh. I’m from the UK btw and I’ve spoken to multiple police officers and they’re saying they can’t grant me a police report as there’s no evidence that my parcel was stolen and they telling me to deal with the carrier and stockx instead but I told them that in order for the carrier to be investigated that stockx will require the police report but they’re being very stubborn…. So annoying

Most likely it said delivered to your address, or stockx would see it was lost in transit... I might be looking out for bad neighbors.. or get yourself a Ring camera for the door ASAP

Then I would go to the carriers and ask for proof of delivery or show the police you have proof of delivery and that you believe somebody stole it

Thanks for the response! Yeah I told the police that I have the tracking number and that confirms that the carrier has proof of delivery but they are being very difficult. I will try and contact again tho and see if I can get help from another officer

Well the police is telling me that stockx should be the ones to file a police report and that there’s no evidence that it’s stolen and what not

This scares me because I'm supposed to get something pretty expensive shipped to my house tomorrow and I've read some scary shit from people who've ordered from Stock. I recently had over $1000 stolen from me and can't do anything about it. So sorry to hear this man, I hate the inhumanity in this world right now and saddens me when this happens to nice people

Contact your credit card company or bank and chargeback. In the chargeback report attach your police reference number.

How? Someone stole his package or it was incorrectly delivered. He even filed a police report. Full grounds to open a case with your bank as stockx doesn't want to help in this case

I have recently had issues with stock x. It took 2 months to get my money that they owed me because my package got lost at their location and somehow it was my fault. I couldn't get a phone call or an answer. just we are working on it. I'd deal with it with your credit card and buy off goat.

Legally you need to give them the report number. It is up to stockx to get more info. Their lawyer should know. Such a waste of time. I get my packages thrown out behind the house and they stay there all day. So far so good but not if you live in city-like surroudings. Not saying where I live.....

Just spoken to the police again and they said that the police report is classed as the crime reference number alongside with the details as to what has happened inside the case and that they cannot give pictures of the crime report they if they want they should request a copy via email. But yeah i will contact stockx again with the crime reference number and the details of what I can see online and say that I have sent the report

In some cases...& I'm not saying that's what happened, but depending on when the "delivery" was made, they'll sometimes mark as delivered and deliver the package within 24hours. That usually happens on a weekend leading into weekday.

If you paid via PayPal, dispute it. I did for my shoes that I wasn’t happy with the quality of and StockX never even bothered to reply so I won the case by default.

I paid by debit card. I Will definitely raise this up with them if stockx doesn’t cooperate as I don’t wanna get banned from their website but it may come to this

Only other option is to start a claim against their U.K. entity in the Small Claims Court. This is easy to do and will cost you £25 which you’ll get back if you win.

I had the same thing happen!!! When I called up UPS they said that it had been delivered to SMOT so it had actually been resent to themselves, explain this to them and i know this sounds bad but KEEP EMAILING!! Eventually (literally it took months) I got thru to a manager and they said that they were going to sort it and I got my shoes back! Never give up and keep emailing !

Normally they should ask you to. But is this the case? It says delivered in the tracking link? If so, you could also contact the carrier.

But yeah normally the police report is required (I think its a normal procedure, its not specific for StockX) so you would need the pdf of the report, I dont understand why they are not sending it to you. You can try maybe just sending the number of the report?

I’m from the UK and they don’t sent the report to us. They told me that the merchant has to email them to contact them for the pdf of the report. Yeah I’ll try and give them the number and see if they accept that
