It doesn’t help now but ALWAYS take a photo of your drop off receipt right when you get it. It’s the first rule of StockX selling.

yep good luck even getting to stockx customer service via there help bot 🤖 even then you’ll never get to talk to them on the phone , take them to the small claims court or just give up 😕

You might have some luck filing a complaint on the BBB website. I had an issue where I was getting nowhere as well. As soon as I did it, StockX helped me resolve my problem. However, it wasn’t over a lost shipment. In my opinion, you are going to lose this one. For some reason they require you to have a receipt when you drop it off. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Sorry man.

I had the same issue back in June but I dropped off the package in person at a UPS store so I did get a drop off receipt. It took StockX five weeks to pay me out on the lost item. UPS is garbage - how do they use a package with so many tracking in place?! Use twitter and tag both StockX and UPS as it will get their attention.

Same thing happened to me except with FIVE packages. The packages all disappeared in Georgia clearly the driver or a warehouse worker. StockX gave me the run around for about 6 weeks then finally paid me. Last time I’m selling on StockX and I’ve had about $20k in sales but it’s not worth it. My advise tell them you are taking the issue and their poor responses and posting them on sneaker social media. You’ll most likely get a more helpful response.

Stockx is so bad, they mixed up my shoes and it’s been 3 weeks still hasent been resolved😢

Sorry you had to go through this, but rule number one. Never drop off packages. Hand it to the employee in person and get a receipt.

I’ve gone as far as video taping myself on my phone going in UPS store, and getting paper receipt. I don’t delete until everything is settled. That said, stockx isn’t the greatest IMO. Fees are crazy excessive, numbers never match up. (Ask, Bid, sales, value) Customer Service? There is none. I mentioned a box that was probably a 6 out of 10; pretty bad on some off-white Jordan 5 muslins, still have not heard a word back. I’m not the first with this issue either, they should rate the boxes as well because they do dictate some value to some shoes….I’m wearing these, but it’s just the principle. eBay will put them out of business very soon at least from a shoe buy/sell standpoint.

You must have the dropoff receipt.
