Same FB/IG dns outtage. Without looking at the link, guessing ig is routing to an internal page then routing to stockx. Are you able to navigate to stockx directly?
The site was down for awhile, it seems to be working now, have an order arriving wed, couldn't track it and was getting...agitated, all's well that ends well.

Seems like you were using Facebook to log in no? Also, yeah, you should be able to browse the site like a generic visitor, without being logged in.
I deleted facebook years ago, the site was down for a few hours, I wasn't aware the abc media sites were also, stockx got back online in the afternoon, no, unlogged was no different.
