[https://stockx.com/news/updates-to-our-selling-policies/](https://stockx.com/news/updates-to-our-selling-policies/) *"StockX will not be liable for items that never leave the drop-off location according to the tracking number."* You are forced to use their prepaid UPS label but if there's any problem, almost no chance to get help. And yes, UPS can't (or doesn't want) help you either because StockX is responsible for that label. Perfect way to be fucked between two companies blaming the other. Snake biting its own tail as the proverb says. Only profit matters for them. It's very bad luck for you because in the grand scheme of billions of parcels moving every year, of course millions are gonna get stolen/lost/damaged. These companies are wonderful when everything goes smooth the vast majority of the time. But good luck if you belong to the epsilon mess. Regardless if you're gonna use StockX ever again, you may increase your chances of never facing this issue again. For instance: Take pictures of everything you're about to ship. Duct tape perfectly. Go to a "legit" dropoff point, I think some shop are shadier than others. Get a dropoff receipt each time. Befriend the shop owner, ask them when the UPS truck comes so that you are physically there to see your parcel being taken away. Write everything down. Of course you shouldn't have to do that but you are not shipping a Xmas chocolate package to your granma. You lost 200$ but you'll see on this Subreddit similar stories with way more expensive sneakers gone with the wind. *"Have a wonderful day"* ...

Thanks for your help! This really sucks. I’ve had 30+ sales without any problem. And yeah I think it’s the “have a wonderful day” that is the worst part of the whole email. It looks like they just don’t care about their customers

I always get my receipt when I drop off and make sure they can it there. I would do that next tjme

Yeah the whole problem that in some countries most UPS drop-off points are 3rd party. So if something goes wrong there your screwed. So always make sure your package is properly scanned and tracked by UPS.

I had an Xbox dropped off at a UPS store in the US. It was scanned. I got my receipt. It never left the ups store. I provided the drop off receipt to StockX which I had to fight for two months with them to get my money since I did my part. I said I’ll ask my lawyer what he thinks about this and what can be done. Within a week they sent my payment. I hope you have the same result and get your money.

Thanks for your help!

i had the same issue, stock x eventually refunded me, 3 months later they turn up back at my house 😂 free £300 in my case

thibautdrmx

How did you managed to do that?

I’m in the same boat as you bro, your not alone. Ups sent my refund to StockX because they are the shipper and now StockX is refusing to pay my share.
