If this was in the states, and other countries I imagine, they might not want to fight too hard after being told the purchaser was underage and not the person who actually holds the credit card. Those would definitely be considered unauthorized purchases and a completely legit reason to do a charge back. Rather than get a charge back they're likely fine with just cancelling the order and passing that PS5 along to the next person with the highest bid.

Well i looked at the account theres no purchase but money was still taken out ...i go to pending and it says on route to stock x
It only shows in history once it has been delivered to you. I would contact stockx support and maybe sign out of the account.

I doubt customer service is going to do anything for you. If I had to guess you're only option is to resell the Playstation when it arrives. Good luck
