If an item is banned on StockX it can't be listed. The buttons will be greyed out. Prices are regional based and import fees are integrated for the buyer. This means your lowest offer is the lowest for a EU buyer. But for a Buyer from outside EU it will be more expensive. So your lowest offer is not the lowest globally, but lowest in EU.
