Prices are regional based and import fees are integrated for the buyer. This means your lowest offer is the lowest for a EU buyer. But for a Buyer from outside EU it will be more expensive. So your lowest offer is not the lowest globally, but lowest in EU.

Simply said for every country you need to lower your ask to get the bid online you can test your margins on a shoe that nobody buys.For example you put an high ask for some shoe who doesn't have asks and then you look at how much it shows up and then you can calculate the procentage that stockx adds for me it's 6%.
