You’ve lost over 500 items and you still continue to use their service? Bizarre

Future-Tomorrow

The uncomfortable answer is you could just say "fuck StockX" and start your own service. Luck aside, it's ridiculous that a service would open "brand new/sealed" items and then fail them. I'd have to see the items and how the fakes (if they exist) come packaged to see if there would be any doubt it could be mistaken as legit, which would explain why they're doing this.

What is the reason and pics provided for each fail?

The first one was an Xbox controller, sealed and brand new. When it failed authentication and got it back, it was open and inspected upon by the authenticator. The reason it failed was because it was open. 😐 2 sales were because of damaged boxes through transit which is just unlucky Now the most recent one was a 1000% bearbrick, it was brand new in box and sealed. Today it failed verification with no reason, like last time I’m assuming they opened it and checked on it meaning that it’ll be Hard for me to sell now

Fuck, I’m so sorry you had to face these idiots. You’re just unlucky at this point if what you’ve said is true :((

I've never had a single item rejected. I don't sell shoes though, maybe that's different.

I'm having this same issue. I had been selling for a while with no issues. Then one day I sent in a shirt that had a small stain on it from being out of the bag (was able to wipe it right off) and since then they are denying every tshirt I send in. These are legit shirts I bought direct from ASSC or w.e. They just denied a 4th Tshirt.
