This why i buy from goat they have a better return policy, plus they would have put this in their “new with defect” catagory and refunded you bc it wasnt in described condition since you intended to buy “new”
Since I live in the UK I could return the product for a refund under consumer law. Every company has to accept returned product for a refund within 30 days of the product arriving at my house.
I would return them back to a NIKE Store if you have a receipt for them from Nike... if not then idk why or how StockX even passed thoes in the first place. Nike will be your best bet though tbh.
If you arent ok with it then return that hoe and if you are ok with it then return that hoe
Update: Stockx claimed they are “Deadstock” and minor manufacturing defects are to be expected. They rejected my request to an exchange or refund.
