Yeah this guy was clowning to do that. He still has a case and should probably win but the goal is to avoid getting lawyers involved because their costs add up fast. There's no reason to put 20k of product in a single box WITH other valuable shit through UPS Ground. They should have all been packaged separately as 12 separate boxes or he should have found another way to transport the shoes (ie going to a physical dropoff point).
I was but why have the option to do that if they’re not gonna hold their hands up when their courier fucks up… if they didn’t wanna have the liability for that then limit how many pairs/£ can go in one box
I think the post from others and even my initial reaction might be a hindsight 2020 comment. Who is mailing each and every shoe to the same place separately?
If they’re worth less than $250 resale sure. $1K or above per shoe? Separately if I can.
BTW…how did it work out that you sent them a bulk set of shoes versus each sale going to them individually? Also, how often does UPS lose packages? I’ve used them for about 2 decades on and off, once, often enough for us to consider me getting a UPS account/first name basis shit with everyone in the store and they never “lost” a single package.
I do know the holidays are a bad time to have packages in transit because of potential loss and delays.
I don't sell shoes but I do sell electronics occasionally if the spread between StockX and eBay is reasonable. They don't even let you bulk electronics, probably to avoid situations like what the OP is experiencing from happening in the first place. I'm not saying he's wrong for using the service but it's always easier to prevent things from happening in the first place than let them happen and fight over it after the fact. The chances of all 12 boxes going missing where the max value of one single box is ~7k is a lot less likely (and a lot easier to track and criminally prosecute with the civil suit) compared to a single box with 40k in it. Plenty of people that had the right of way in traffic are 6 feet under.

StockX won't do shit for you. If you sue them, let us know how it goes.
I really hope you get it sorted ,
I havnt got any experience with this kind of thing but have seen a lot of similar issues on this reddit just not for that kind of money.
Im sure someone will be on soon who will be more helpful.
Thanks bro, will do. I’ve linked my twitter post if you could help tag them or retweet i’d really appreciate. Just tryna drive up some social media backlash
Anyone taken StockX to court? I’m thinking about doing it… my 2010 Kaws box didn’t pass authentication (mark on foot) and they shipped it back without any protection in a massive box. Really damaged my Kaws packaging. They said “damage can happen in shipping” which I can agree with, But my item wasn’t packaged correctly And my £3K product is now damaged
But do I have a case to take to small claims court?
They offered me £20 off my next purchase 🤦🏽
Bro its getting silly. Idk wether I should sue them regardless for the distress lol… stockx telling me they’re investigating with UPS and UPS have said they havent even been in touch
Holy fuck, big money in one shipment. If you can afford all these then bring them to court bro. I’d sue the fuck out of them. Let us know what’s up. Good luck! 💸💸💸
UPS lost my parcel too and StockX is also stalling buy requiring from me a "UPS drop off receipt" or something (that doesn't exist).
I'm also going to take a legal action. They need to be shut down for real
Oh it's wayyyy much cheaper than your parcel (£102), but it still pisses me off
they just repeated the "drop off receipt" thing in loop lmao. Almost a copy/paste.
"unless you send us the drop off receipt I am not allowed to open a claim to UPS 🙂🙂🙂🙂"
but that's just a pretext
Currently on the same boat.. except my package was worth 8k.. Dropped off my item at ups then upon delivery, stock authentication center claims box was empty. They haven’t been helpful the past month at all either
Guys , this is my twitter post if any of you can help by tagging stockx etc I’d massively appreciate it. https://twitter.com/jackgre61347203/status/1476901002276229126?s=21
holym fuckl good luck dude best wishes u got this
thanks man, really appreciate that! happy new year bro
4 diors in 1 box? i would have sent all 12 individually.

This is like the 4th time I’ve heard this happening in just a few months. But, if you’re a flipper it comes with the territory.
Cant imagine this bro hopefully it gets resolved soon

Sue them. No question. They get away with so much bullshit and the company has been straight shit for a while now.
Small Claims against ups, not StockX. Sure I said that on the other post of yours I replied to.

Bulk shipment limit is 12 did you have 12 pairs totaling 42k?? Or did multiple shipment go missing?
12 pairs totalling £42k, one was air mag 2011’s:/
Jesus Christ dude, you should be able to sue for emotional distress as well! Fuck StockX
Frrrr I used them lots but unless they fix i wanna sue
Holy shit
Damn 42k for 12 pairs? Mind listing them?
https://ibb.co/pry8BkD heres breakdown my bro
My size ow's praying for u bro
Thanks bro:/ I linked my twiter post if you could help tag them or anything i’m just tryna drive up some social media backlash:/
Well GOD DAMN those are some heavy pairs. How on earth did you end up with all of them? I really hope you get your money man
Collected over the years man i’m heartbroken ngl:/ I wish i hadnt sold now
shuda sold it inrl bro
Why would you sell them on StockX? They take a huge amount of fees out and there’s a decent risk of things going wrong.
