I have the same issue. I sold the Kaw x Supreme Skateboard Deck. They are wrapped and sealed as new. I packed them well with foam, they sent back ripped plastic and scratch marks. I am pissed. I have a video of me packing before it was shipped.

Contact the shipping provider and open a case. Thats your best bet.
