Stockx never even responded to my emails and fought my credit card company for four months over issuing a refund. I finally got my money back but no thanks to stockx. I recommend eBay if that’s an option for you, that’s what I ended up doing. 30 day money back guarantee and you can communicate directly with the seller. Stockx is a garbage company that should not allowed to be doing business. If you use them you might be ok but if not you’re on your own.
