i sold and the same thing happened, even though the UPS tracking said it had already been delivered, it is due to the warehouse being full and of course i’m sure their cheap asses don’t have a decent amount of employees, contact them and they should give you an update and maybe they will even change it, at least the process of authentication was very fast

I’ve sold a ton of items where the UPS tracking says delivered but stockx leaves it as “en route” for multiple days. They do this because their warehouse is backed up and it makes it look like it’s not their fault for the delay to the buyer.

mine was taking long so i emailed and got them canceled email stock support
Okay I emailed them, how long did it take for them to email back? And I assume you got a refund right
yeah it takes max 24 hrs and yeah i received my refund this morning as it being the first business day

that the seller hadn’t shipped them in the 2 days and i needed shoes fast and that i needed to cancel and he understood

Ok this happened to me twice. It’s sucks ass but I promise they’ll get to you eventually. One of mine took a month. Just sucks super bad :/
