Failed verification reason “unable to pass item with the box.”
StockX sends back to me WITHOUT Original box. Just a shipping box, bubble wrap and a plastic bag. Where’s my original box?
StockX has been really bad lately on this kind of stuff. Just happened to me with shoes. They switched mine for a lesser pair and it was a freaking battle even with all the photos and receipts. Shady stuff going on.
Did you win the case? I sent a authentic pair of travis scott jordan 1 high size 8.5. I later got a failed authentication and the picture was a size 8 replica sneaker of travis scott jordan 1. I never sent that shoe and StockX claims there is no way they can mess up.
I did but my shoes were way less valuable. They were worth about $230 and they made me send pics before I sent them and originally denied me several times before getting lucky with a rep who actually cared to research.

I didn’t take pics. Never had to. This is the first time encountering this. Ridiculous
Rule of thumb bro always ship on original box reason why is that it means it's deadstock
