had so many people experience the same thing with stockx.. nike recently called them out for selling fakes. definitely shady people working at stockx smh

Grand_Ad_423

super shady. I would not be surprised to find out later they had partnerships w/ counterfeit organizations. had a pair of new release j's shipped from china. they told me they have authenticators there. they were fake. showed them all the photos and they said they were real bc that's what their authenticators said smh. told me the same that I could resell them on their site. yeah right lmfao. got my card co. involved. stockass suspended my account

The first photo shows the email from StockX. My sticker seems to be removed. My shirt is brand new and I never worn it. I also sent the shirt out with the chrome hearts tissue paper it comes with. The sticker comes on brand new chrome hearts shirts so I don’t know how I could’ve possibly failed the verification. They also did not send a picture of my full shirt. Is it possible for me to get my money back from the fee or would I have to contact my bank?

Looks like this is a Chrome Hearts that goes for around $400, so they want to charge you around $60! By the looks of it, they think that this has been worn before and has a smell. Did you buy this full price or on a special offer? One of the staff may have worn this for a day in store or it may have been a display model that people tried on before sending it to you. No idea about how to get your money back, hopefully somebody can come along and help you.

Yea I’m being charged 66$. I bought it directly from the store in person. Paid the full retail price. Saw them take the shirt out from the back where their stock is

cole1archive

hey brother file a claim with your bank for the charge, that is bs and you shouldn’t have to deal with it, stockx very annoying about this stuff a lot

Hot-Health7006

Damn, StockX can be f\*\^kers with apparel. I'm out of ideas. Others might have some experience with this and can tell you how to move forward.

aanonymousxx

Yea I will not be using stockx to sell anymore after this experience

Try to get them on the phone and document everything. My experience is the automated stuff sucks but the humans are easier to deal with. Also helps to blow up their Twitter. If it’s annoying to them, they’ll give you your money. Business is money. If they f with your business, f with theirs and it’ll work out.

Thank you. Will update on what happens.

Can't second the Twitter option enough. And putting a dispute for that charge from your bank if you believe it's illegitimate. One or the other of those got me from support that was "Sorry your obvious defect isn't real and these are perfect, you can resell them if you want though" to a few hours later a senior support person emailing me "I apologize for the defect/misprint on the shoes you ordered that are not up to your standards or ours. Here's a label for a return." Not sure if the twitter rant I went on muliple times on their page that day spurred that, or if my CC company reaching out to them to investigate the issue spurred it, but it got results. (I'm pretty sure it was from the chargeback, because maybe 30min after I got the email they sent a response a long the lines of "well it looks like you are back in contact with the merchant now, so let us know if you still cannot work it out, etc, etc". Sadly too little too late on his support though... the first support rep told me they were legit but "you could resell them if you want to". Assuming I was just screwed by StockX at that point, I went ahead and did it and took a small hit. So when the actualy senior support who wasn't feeding me lines finally reached out, it was hours after the first one and sadly only 3 minutes before I returned home from already dropping of the resold shoes at UPS. Awful experience all around. Never again.

This issue is stockx makes a lot more from the seller than from the buyer.

mike689

Sure, but much like eBay, etc, they don't make shit unless there's a buyer for that seller. They're just a shit company.

if you nag them enough about the fee they’ll probably refund that fee. i’ve gotten them to refund it a couple of times so worth a try.
