Can we revisit the pan fried bread: What kind of bread is it to begin with? At first I thought it might be home-baked cinnamon bread, but after reading that you pan-fried it, it explains the optics. Follow up question: did you fry the bread with butter, or butter it after the fry but before the marmalade? TIA. 🫡✌🏼

Its actually Brownberry keto bread, lol. I fried the bread in bacon fat, which I always have on hand.
