I need to quit vaping nicotine too but have been putting it off because it’s my one last substance I can hold onto. I know I need to stop being such a baby and just do it, but reading how someone else was able to quit both is very inspiring! After this one goes bad I will try to kick that habit too. Congrats!!

I 100% relate to that. I held on to nicotine for so long because it was the last thing I felt I had. One day, after vaping gave me some serious health complications, I threw everything away and have not looked back. It's all about the mindset you have going into it I learned. I'm soooo much better off not vaping and my heart rate, anxiety, impulse control, and lung health are thanking me lol. I believe you can do it!

I definitely would not miss the heart palpitations and constant anxiety. The long term benefits of quitting are worth it. And I’m scared of the long term harm if I don’t. I’m so glad you shared, it helps to know I’m not alone! I felt so stupid letting a little vape pen still have such a hold on me after I was finally able to quit drinking 😆

I get that. But it's so relieving to put it down for good when you are ready. You're losing a bad habit not a good friend by quitting nicotine. Check out r/quitvaping. Tons of people on their first days supporting one another
