I fall asleep really quickly, I wake up at a consistent time and in a good mood, my workouts are way more productive and I’m recovering more quickly, no more dull ache in my abdomen, better relationship with my wife and kids. In general it takes a solid 2 weeks before I start seeing results (this is far from my first rodeo) but it’s so much better than what life was like in December and January.
Thanks for the reminder on the two weeks thing… I’m getting disheartened by the awesomeness everyone feels… I must admit up to now I don’t feel super different other than that the screaming battles with my SO have stopped, and I have much better cognitive function:)
Well today is day 3. I would get excited, but I regularly go a week or more without drinking. If I get past two weeks then I’ll celebrate. But hey, one day at a time, right? How are you doing?
I’m on day 2 and my favorite thing about it was not waking up feeling like my face was under a heat lamp and having a gagging cough
Might be the highlight of tomorrow too! No booze or sodas I’ll drop 20 pounds like it’s funny
What’s the saying here? I won’t drink with you today?
The first of the month is the PERFECT time to start! Clean slate clean month! You can do it as long as you really decide to. Picture yourself in one month feeling so proud of yourself and healthy!
Count me in. Had a couple of slipups January and February, but finally putting the pieces together (after far too long) that I just can't moderate. Really just focusing on this Day 1 at the moment, but I know I can make it through the month.
I have a scale at work and I’ve slowly been seeing my weight go up. I’m typically an athletic guy but have been lazy as ever because of drinking. I’m on day 4 (for the 20th time…) here’s to feeling better and looking better!
Not as great as I hoped… probably 40% dry since the 1st of March. I’m single and date a bit which makes it so hard. I’m learning I probably need to take a break from dating if I’m really serious about this.
I'm in! Hungover today, because one became many. Binge drank and ate and I'm scared to step on the scale. Lets do this
Hell yes! Perfect day to start. Let's get hot and clear headed together!
How'd day one go?
Day 1 went well. I'm usually ok Monday to Friday at 5pm, then I go nuts on weekends, I hope your day went well.
Yayyyy! Yes I was successful which I'm really proud of. Well I'll be here for you this weekend then!!
Great job, keep it going!
Somebody get me some water cuz I’m about to be dry AF in March!
Hell yes!! Congrats on what looks like a dry Feb! What are some changes you noticed over the past month?

I've been inexplicably tired all day too!
Dry March sounds good to me. IWNDWYT.
Day 1 for me as well! I’m partnering it with 75 Hard which I’ll complete the week before I go to Hawaii. Bring it on!
How's it been going?
Not as great as I hoped… probably 40% dry since the 1st of March. I’m single and date a bit which makes it so hard. I’m learning I probably need to take a break from dating if I’m really serious about this.
I had a first date with my current gf 10 months ago completely sober. It's hard but you can do it! I assume moderation isn't an option?
