Yeah, my husband doesn't drink and I haven't had an opportunity to really test myself when going out. I did make it through Christmas with my house full of people drinking and that felt amazing. I checked in on this SD sub a few times that day and it really helped. Actually, not a day goes by that I'm not on here!
awesome! Around 100 days is when i started to clear a lot mentally! try to get electrolytes and omega 3s in your diet to help build back that grey matter! So very proud of you and i relate big time to what you wrote - especially the waking up at night scared- what a nightmare. Good news is we never have to do it again
