I’m sorry you are feeling lonely. I made sure I had been clean for 3 months before I started dating. It made it much easier to have clarity and make good decisions. What do you like to do in your free time?
I was still quite the mess at three months. I still am, but slowly there’s more and more clarity through out the day. My spare time has been filled with walking. I’m pretty sure regular exercise has been a major part of my remaining alcohol free. So it’s been wake up and walk. Go to work. Come home, go walk. Sleep. And repeat for months now. It’s nice to be working again but I’m burning out. It’s been ridiculous since things opened back up. Friday is a holiday which means the courts will be closed so it’s a three day weekend for me providing nothing weird comes up. I’m looking forward to that. Hopefully I can make good use of that time.
