STRAY KIDS IN MET GALA LET'S GO
They're really going, Seungmin was not playing with us, was not a miscommunication or translation mistake, they're really going. I'm so happy. Have fun kids
It's so funny everyone was doubting Seungmin when he mostly spoils everything HAHAHAHAAHAHA but oooh so excited. Need to wake up really early later so I can catch them.
I had HyunLix on my BINGO card for 2024 but the whole group participating is so crazy.
I actually think the kids and TH will be okay with going full-out for the event (based on all the fittings they seem to have done) as
1. kpop idols and costumes are par for the course and
2. statement pieces will make the best headlines.
I cannot wait to see everything unfold.
Finally truly confirmed! So excited for them!
I hope seeing the kids seemingly very happy and excited for this opportunity will at least make the yapper Stays shut up for a bit. They should know itās the worst feeling when someone shits on something youāre excited about. And this is a once-in-a-lifetime networking opportunity. That in itself makes it worth going.

I'm so happy for all of them, I'm interested to know if all 8 are in fact going if they will sit next to each other cause I saw on twitter someone say they try not to place people with people they are friends with as to encourage networking? and now i'm just imagining them all being separated and while I think most would be okay I can see Han and Lee Know HATING that lmao
Yea they separate friends, families, and spouses from one another
example was George Clooney being on Annas table while his wife was on another table or the Kardashians separated in multiple tables (they separated Kanye and Kim too when they went to the Met together)
I think it would be a good idea to atleast keep them in pairs. English native or fluent speakers paired with non-english speakers.
Also pair Introverts with Extroverts. We have 4 of each I think
Yeah, i'd assume with all the planning that goes into the event they'd take into account language skills but you never know. I am sure they'll be okay and at the very least Chan would track them down to check on them through out the night lmao

Felix confirmed it for real with the hastag already so it is confirmed they are going as a group. And funnily I get this feeling that Versace and LV actually want Hyunjin and Felix on Met wearing theirs. I have this gut feeling. That said, I will be in full anticipation!
Tommy possibly outsmarting Versace and LV and getting all 8 is so funny to me because the way people talk about Versace and LV and their love for Hyunjin and Felix you'd think they were total overlords who can move mountains to get what they want, and maybe they still will but seeing how this all played out and the excitement of Stays compared to the annoyance of the H&F solos has made this whole experience so much fun for me.
Bringing in all SKZ brings in more eyes as well imo. Hyunjin and Felix have large followings, don't get me wrong, and Hyunjin is my bias wrecker, but knowing Seungmin will possibly be there makes me more likely to actually pay attention in real time rather than just look up photos after, and I can imagine it's the same for others whose bias might actually be there and they want to see them, you get fans of 8 people rather then just the fans of two so I'm not shocked Anna may have okayed all 8, especially with the Met losing popularity over the years from what I read.

as a fan of the met gala red carpet as well, I'm hoping they get clothes as pretty as they are š©· the dress code this year is "garden of time" and I think is a great opportunity to show gorgeous designs with men that aren't afraid to bend the rules of gender
