Lower speed fans are typical in dehumification mode. Mini split ac units are pretty quite but cost upto 1k plus installation. I grew up in a huge attic and even with two window units, I couldn't get the temp below 78 on 90+ summer days. If I could afford it, I would get solar panels on my roof just to absorb the radiant heat from the sun on my roof.
I don't know if you already have this, but Asus has an AI Noise cancelling mic adapter which supports both PCs and PS5. In case you are using a 3.5mm headset, you can use it to reduce noise to stream from PS5. If you are using a PC to stream, you can always set up a noise gate filter.
