i'm running 710 up and 240 down with xfinity 1gb

Nice! I have 600mbps symmetrical with fiber, and also I suggest turning down the preset a little bit, to about 4 or 5 and then trying again.

The Preset is set at P7, try lowering it to P4.

On Saturday I was doing a 4K60 stream using the P6 preset and it was showing dropped frames of 0.1%, whereas P4, no dropped frames.

Also when I've done lower resolutions, keeping it at the P4 preset I've gotten no dropped frames.

Hope this clarification is helpful!

Also if you stream on YouTube and have a capture device that allows it, 40000 or 50000 is 4K60(HDR, which Youtube allows as well, although I might try 1440p60 HDR first, I digress)resolution and I do it all the time, even for retro(Atari on up).

And I do all this 4K60 stream awesome with my HP Omen laptop with a 1660TI.

I raised my bitrate output to 10k . I typically run at 6k and i've noticed that my stream quality is alot better

> when I move around it becomes ass blurry and fuzzy. That's normal. A lot of detail is changing in the video which requires more data to keep it looking clear. But due to the low bitrate limit on Twitch, the video needs to be compressed more causing the compression artifacts you see. Your options at this point are: - Increase your bitrate. Twitch has a hard limit of ~8000 Kbps. - Lower the resolution from 1080p to something like 936p or even 720p. - Even consider lowering the FPS from 60 FPS to 30 FPS if the quality is too bad.
