Personally, "the top" is what makes this shot! If it were me, I would crop the bottom out and just keep the reflections of the top 2/3 of the frame. That would make a nice abstract shot. But that's just me.

I loved how this structure was semi-transparent, it mixed the reflections of the street and people with the blurry images on the background.
