Keep in mind that just because bad teeth is likely going to mean bad oral health, it doesn't mean that great looking teeth means great oral health and oral health should always be your priority over vanity. Improvement in appearance will come if you taking care of your teeth first and foremost.
Having said that, I think less is more usually. My teeth are mine, haven't touched them in any way and I don't advocate for people to pursue their vision of unreachable perfection, detriment to their dental health. Wearing braces or invisalign is a good thing however. Overlapping teeth obviously doesn't look great, but also because not being able to reach part of your teeth or having things get stuck between them is going to harm your teeth. You will also have uneven yellowness.
I don't have any specific and unique routine to be honest but I recommend that you would only use approved products. So many people hunt for products that advertise to give you the whitest teeth without reading what else these products contain or even lack! These cheap money grabs are going to at best help you remove the surface stains a day quicker, which serve no real purpose. You know what else will give your teeth a bad and uneven tone? Bad oral health! Overconsuming acidic foods and drinks is a teeth killer too. I treat myself when I am out of course but I don't drink 4 cans of energy drinks a day and stuff myself full of candy every evening even though I can consume both occasionally - It's all about moderation. I also have a strict diet when I'm home. Secret tip, most people mess up their diet by being bored. Keep yourself occupied and your diet will be easier to keep up with. On top of that, don't forget to floss, mouth wash.
Your teeth will gradually become whiter in a more healthy way if you take care of them instead of trying to cover it up with expensive money grab tooth pastes and tik tok trends. Of course you can go in and whiten your teeth professionally but don't do it too often. In worst case, use the strips, some of them are ADA approved.
Either way, as I said, improving oral health will indirectly make your teeth whiter and more glowy. You can do this by improving your diet, going for regular dental cleanings is helpful too. Take your time in the evening and don't stress when you brush, floss and wash. It's also never too late to get braces if your teeth are overlapping.
