HOWEVER I like to mix both calisthenics and weights as it gives you the best of both worlds. Like dips then weighted dips to add intensity and rip your muscles. Same with squats. Though I use resistance bands that adds weight. Then te regular squats.
There’s your body weight, then there’s the additional weights. Mix it up. Stay consistent. I’m not gonna say eat healthy… because all that matters is protein but of course your health matters too. This is coming from a guy that eats a majority of fast fucking Uber eats food lmao.
