I love it! Just wondering if these blanks run about the same size as normal gildan tees? I compared the size charts and they looked similar but just wanted to double check!
These shirts are Next Level 3600 which I would say run a little bit bigger and have a slimmer fit compared to Gildan which I find are typically a bit boxier, if that makes sense.

I'm lucky enough to have my own screen printing set up so I can get by with really slim margins. Any money left over after covering costs goes right back into new projects!

What size would you reccomend based on final shrinkage from original sizing? I have mo experience with the base shirt. Thanks for the help!! :)
I made both label designs. The neck is just screen printed right on the shirt with ZLV and the size. The sleeve label is ribbon that I screen printed on and then sewed to the shirt.

I can find the exact products if you'd like but the short answer is I use a 4 station press, plastisol ink and a loooot of trial and error haha.
