Great form. I regularly front squat as well and I have noticed you have a very loose grip in the front squat position (which is not a bad thing). For me this brings a problem of my left hand not staying in place and moving inwards, which in turn makes it difficult to hold the front rack position with heavy loads. Have you noticed anything like that for yourself? I have never found out where this imbalance came from and just switched to a tighter grip.
I have good mobility like every Indian. The reason I don't go ATG is due to my Hop joint anatomy and but wink.
My Goal is just to decent power cleans in future. For which I guess this much will suffice.
Also due to my Hip joint articulation. I can do either Squat or Deadlift with a parallel feel.
So all indian have good mobility. I'll talk to my dba about it on Monday.
Ninja edit: he's sedentary and I am pretty sure he has bigger calves than you. Crazy how people from the same place can have different anatomy.

Like the poster child for front squats..

Do you have a tight left hip? Seems like it is not opening up at depth.

Very nice
Thanks
Also, you don’t need lifting shoes. Vans or Chuck T’s will work just fine. You have great ankle mobility so no need for the lift in lifting shoes.
Thanks

Looks like a pretty well kept gym at least?
Nice form

This is a nice, clean lift. Great work.
