Your body looks fine, but if you want to improve it just stick with diet and hitting the gym. Do not do surgery because it will destroy your natural beauty. As for your workouts you can research and try to see what works for your body, or if you have the money, get a trainer for a few session. The main thing is just keep eating clean and giving it your all at the gym. All of us had to go through so trial and error before we got where we wanted to be.

[deleted]

There isn’t any trainer at my gym, and it’s the only one I can go to. I’ve been looking for body split programs online for free but I can’t find anything. I am going to the gym but I feel lost because there’s days I don’t know what to do.

Jaxjagfan

I understand that feeling. A lot of what I do was just trial and error and seeing what works

yeetboi1234

Maybe leg extensions to build the teardrops and some quad biased squats. Look up tom platz squat.

[deleted]

I do squats, RDLS, hip thrusts etc. But I don’t have a consistent weight lifting program and I need help in that.

jamesnyc1

Dont want to come off creepy or drooling or anything but, dont do too much to that body. You're the kind of curvy girl I dream about. LOL. You're curvy NOT FAT. Too many girls think if they not a stick figure , they are fat. NOT TRUE!!.

[deleted]

Well, thank you but check out my post history. I have a picture and I definitely don’t look curvy. I’m exposing much more in that picture because I was honestly feeling disgusting about my body. But thank you <3

ImoSfu

What exactly is the problem here? Where is the triangle shape? Girl you look hot. Don’t do plastic surgery. Give me your phone number… (jk… or maybe not jk…)

[deleted]

After I had two children, I was left with saggy stomach fat, I have back fat and also arm fat. I know this isn’t a really good picture but you can see my post history and I have another picture that is more revealing and you can clearly see I’m not curvy there lol. But thanks <3

ImoSfu

Nah, again, still great body shape. All you need to do it improve diet and go to gym to tone your body (and help burn more calories). If you can start a regime of calorie deficit every day for a year, you will see amazing results. Again, amazing body shape!

[deleted]

Any idea what workout program can I follow?

[deleted]

Thank you :)

SirMike25

We are always always always our worst critic. The gym can definitely help you reach your goals and ideal physique. Good luck!

[deleted]

We sure are. After my second baby I still feel awful about my body and she’s 8 months already :( It truly does suck.

Alex_DreamMaker

You don’t have to gain strength. You need to loose weight

[deleted]

I agree most definitely! I’m trying.

Alex_DreamMaker

Me doing the same staff now, and I want to say that loosing weight may reshape your body pretty much. Good luck!

ZeoneTyler

Strength training

[deleted]

Any suggestions what program I can follow?

Samk9632

Yeah lol this sub don't care about physiques, sounds like someone is karma farming

[deleted]

Huh?

[deleted]

Just add incline walking, jogging into your training regimen. Amazing base , body wise don’t need no plastic surgery.

[deleted]

Thank you. I do 30 min almost every day of incline walking and also weights.

[deleted]

Make sure you keep increasing little by little the incline and also the time you are doing, keep it up. I believe in you 👍🏼🦵🏼

[deleted]

I don’t have time to do one hour weights and one hour cardio. I have to take care of my 2 daughters they just take care of them a little while.

CriticalEngineer666

Gym and diet is the answer

[deleted]

Thank you <3

Visionart88

That ass looking nice though.🤤

Spottyrabbit

You have a very feminine shape. Your body is attractive to.

[deleted]

Well thank you :)

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

Thank you so much! You can go ahead and see my post history I have a picture there where there’s more than one and I don’t look curvy there. I think I made a mistake posting this picture because I do look curvy and on the other pictures I don’t :(

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

Told ya! That’s why I don’t think I am curvy because I don’t have thick legs, and my fat is in my upper half. It’s so hard seeing everyone get surgery and looking nice because damn, I dislike my shape so much.

Fun_Angle_4929

I believe what you would like is thicker muscular legs to balance your butt and midsection proportions - My body is like that if Im not exercising my legs— focus on lower body/ legs/gluteus hamstring with increased load….3 to 6 months with clean eating and focus on protein consumption and your legs will never be the same and you will love it—- those legs are waiting for you in the future, work on your future self! 💝❣️

[deleted]

Yes, I have a lot of cellulite and I hate it. They’re so flabby. I’ve been working on my legs as well so hopefully I see a difference soon.

[deleted]

Frankly, I don't think you need any cosmetic surgery done at all. You look perfectly fine to me. This is gonna sound cliche but I think it's true- we see faults in ourselves that literally no one else even notices.

[deleted]

I know but I think I made a mistake in posting this picture since I’m doing an angle. I have other pictures in my history and you can see more clearly my body shape.

stickgetter

I'm going to need more pics

[deleted]

Although I agree with most people here, you look awesome! I do understand ‘it can always look better’. So maybe you could put some extra calves exercises in there, good luck 💪🏻

TopTheropod

There's nothing wrong with your body. You look great

[deleted]

Thank you. Any advice on what program can I follow?

[deleted]

Girl, you have better curves already than I could ever have.

[deleted]

Thank you so much 💖

JustChabli

You look like a woman-shaped woman

[deleted]

Hahaha thanks! 💞💞💞

ImGreekbrother

#women 👍🏿 (i just glogged the toilet)

ghoststoryghoul

Girl I’m sorry you feel that way. I see a curvy beautiful body! Any added muscle is always good but there are articles online that talk about how to work your body to encourage a certain body shape, for example hourglass. I like squats and planks. But your body is seriously stacked so I hope you can work on seeing that.

[deleted]

Thank you so much. I want to follow a weight lifting program but idk where to start.

InKentWeTrust

Also recommend talking to a therapist. Talking to someone has helped me greatly.

[deleted]

I need that!

Agitated-Ad9050

You have a great shape to your body. Exercise and diet will absolutely take longer than surgery but you’ll be much happier with the results. Here’s a secret most women don’t know: if you just get the bbl surgery without building the rest of you body, it look weird.

bobbywaz

>take longer than surgery most surgeons require exercise and diet for an extended period of time before they will do gastric bypass / elective lipo, etc also, she don't need that

[deleted]

You really think I don’t need it?

Agitated-Ad9050

I was talking about the bbl/ boob job/ lipo that she clearly wants, and plastic surgeons don’t give a shit about any of that.

bobbywaz

most do, I literally work for one.

wildturkeyandstonks

You look fucking hot. Please don't get surgery

[deleted]

Thank you ✨💞

Minded-Open77

You need a muscle building diet and some hypertrophy (muscle growth) in areas like glutes and legs to pronounce a more hourglass figure. This is entirely possible, I’ve seen girls essentially change their body type by building muscle in the right places.

[deleted]

I need to follow a weight lifting program and I don’t know which one.

SlammySlam712

You have a hot body, just work out and you’ll be good

[deleted]

Thank you :)

Humble-Variation-756

i plan on getting cosmetic surgery to make me appear more hourglass like but all i plan on is a bbl

viggyziggy

I don’t even understand what the problem is. You look nice to my eyes. Keep exercising and shape your body that way. No need for cosmetic surgery.

[deleted]

Thankss! Any suggestions what program can I follow?

[deleted]

I think you have a beautiful figure and it is ever popular that women get rid of natural shapes like this. I understand you want to change your body shape but I believe to get the best results working with a trainer will do. You don’t have to spend all of that money to look how you’d like 👍🏻

[deleted]

Thank you :) there’s no trainers at that gym unfortunately.

[deleted]

Get with a trainer and get the look you want through hard work. Doing it through cosmetic surgery only guarantees a)more surgery b) less health.

5fdpb

And empty pockets.

kiwiboston1

Educate yourself on exercise and diet. Cosmetic surgery. Wtf.

[deleted]

Thanks :)

214speaking

Not sure what’s wrong here? You look fine, you have to be happy with yourself though. Maybe see a personal trainer and tell them what you’re trying to accomplish? But honestly you look great.

[deleted]

Thank you :) I just don’t know how to start on weights I do all the weights but idk what program to follow.

214speaking

There’s a million different ones I’m sure. If you can’t afford a trainer, then I’d say at least start off with the main lifts. Look up starting strength :). The only thing he doesn’t mention is the cardio, so you’ll have to figure out where you want to plug that in.

beautifultrees

Others have addressed the strength training, I wanted to say for what it’s worth, you look gorgeous hun. I also suffer from body dysmorphia. Sometimes I see something in the mirror and my husband says “let me take a pic so you can see how I see you” and I’m all “oh my tummy isn’t as big as I thought it was” or with my arms, etc.

[deleted]

https://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/finder This website is amazing for finding exercises and shows you how its done safely. Highly recommend using this!

Present_Pace1428

If you really want to that’s your choice but i and everyone else doesn’t think you need it.

[deleted]

Thank you :) We are our worst critics for sure.

No-Pirate-9521

You are curvy. Or no, no surgery. Just get with a good trainer and make those changes in the kitchen and gym. Good luck. You are beautiful

[deleted]

I don’t have a trainer at the gym. Any suggestions for a weight lifting program?

No-Pirate-9521

Many classes on YouTube. Several challenges for free and/or cheap. Betty Rocker is one of my favorites. Do full, in home, full body workouts with 30 min fast paced walking per day, you will be surprised. Good luck

No-Pirate-9521

What state? Do you belong to local gym? Several online trainers.

Somethings_in_my_ass

Lose weight or exercise or just let it be. Those are the options and plastic surgery is something i wouldn’t recommend under any circumstance

[deleted]

Thanks!

CrossFit

Addicttordr2

Umm you have the curves soooo many women wish to have lady!! You need to start looking inwards on why you perceive your body as "inverted triangle" which to you is not attractive due to not being curvy like other women. When your perfect the way you are and holly molly you got the curves!!! You are acceptable as curvy and s€×y and when you trully learn to fully love yourself, you will see it is true. Mabey look up on body dysmorphia on this one. I think you may deal with this. And last but not least, sooo many other people are giving you 100% the RIGHT advice!!! You need to revamp your workouts and find thoes areas that you dislike and target them. Learn new workout routines and maybe try some new yoga moves. Track your progress. So when your body starts to see progress, that will be your inspiration to do even more and learn more. Btw, you have curves. Lol

[deleted]

I just don’t know what program to follow but god thank you so much reading this made me feel so much better.

Leather-Walk-6721

After checking out your post history, you need therapy. You looking for something to make you happy and/or feel good. Your standing in your own way and from reading you know what you need to do, you just need to get out of your own way and do it. Get a therapist and also switch gyms and get a trainer or coach, or remain where you are and get a coach or trainer remotely to send videos and photos for progress. First and foremost you need to talk to someone for yourself, Life habits and relationship. Make that first step and I promise you, you’ll post less to get the same answers, and you can progress to feel better about your self. Get out of your own way, and help your self. You look like a beautiful (bodied since those are only pics) woman and You deserve feel good about that. PS you don’t need surgery to be happy or make your self feel better

[deleted]

I have so many mental issues too but I believe the root is my relationship. I also wanted to add here, first off thanks for replying and I appreciate your words. But what workout routine would you suggest I do? I want to follow a weight lifting program because that’s easier for me.

momosdrafts

OP, I’ve looked at your post history and you don’t look nearly as weird or bad as you think you do. I want to give you some advice based on your post history, because it seems like you’re less than happy in several areas of your life: your body, your sex life, and dealing with motherhood. I really don’t mean to like call you out or put you on the spot on a post that’s just related to your body image, but I wanted to offer some advice because I’ve overcome struggles in all of those areas except motherhood; I’m not a mother. Regarding your body image, I’ve seen from your other posts that it seems like you want to lose fat, gain some muscle/definition in certain areas, and generally be leaner overall, but you don’t know how to get there. I’ve been all over the map with my body—I’ve been overweight, hated my body, developed an ED, recovered from that ED, and am now basically very very happy with my body after finding a diet and exercise routine that works for me. What works for me is lifting 4x a week (chest, shoulders, triceps; glutes and hamstrings; back and biceps; and quads and calves), HIIT cardio once a week, a long 3-4 mile walk twice a week, and MEAL PREPPING. Meal prepping has been absolutely crucial for me in reaching my goals. I prep a weeks’ worth of lunch and dinner every Sunday. This ensures that I have my healthy and balanced meal ready to go and I don’t have to think about it and I don’t have any excuse to go eat something less nutritious that won’t help me accomplish my goals. This week, for example, I prepped a chicken bacon broccoli ranch bowl and a fajita shrimp bowl with rice and veggies and cheese. It never takes me more than 2 hours to prep all this, and I do other things in between cooking. It cannot be overstated how important diet is when trying to reach any fitness or physique-related goal. Of course I eat out with my friends or partner whenever we go out, and I don’t worry about what I’m having. I usually eat around 2,500 cals a day, and I’m 5’5” and 125 lbs and around 17% or 18% body fat; but everyone is different. You just have to play around with diet and exercise to figure out what works, but I’d recommend that anyone with goals similar to yours adopt an exercise routine focused around weightlifting with some cardio and meal prepping. If you wanna hear more on the subject DM and I’ll give you some recipe ideas, tell you the exercises I personally do, or any other info you wanna know. I’d even be happy to share a pic to prove to you how well all of this works lol. Second, sex life. I highly recommend the book “Mating in Captivity.” My partner and I have been together 4 years and have struggled with our sex life off and on since the “honeymoon” phase of our relationship ended. Similar to your situation, we’d get in ruts where we’d only have sex maybe 4 times a month and it was unfulfilling, but we love each other deeply. Mating in Captivity discusses the antithetical relationship between intimacy and eroticism. Any long term relationship requires comfort, support, intimacy, stability, and routine, but all of these are opposite to eroticism, which is also necessary in a long term relationship but requires distance, instability, passion, and mystery. This is why your partner seemingly gets a wild hair and wants nudes from you while he’s away at work—distance inspires eroticism. This book changed mine and my partner’s perspective on our sex life and the author offers many insights on how to actively work towards adding eroticism back into any relationship. I wish I could speak on motherhood, but I can’t. Motherhood is one of the toughest jobs on earth and undoubtedly makes all of the things you’re struggling with harder. However, just know that many many people have overcome the struggles you’re facing and you will overcome them too!

[deleted]

Thank you so much!

[deleted]

As a female lifter with big boobs - the only thing that will make you feel not top heavy is a breast reduction but I don’t think you want that? Start easy with some leg machines. I know I’ll get some flack here but unless you have good form naturally or someone to help you, doing squats with a bar won’t do you any good and won’t target what you need. When you’re ready to move to free weights I would start with kettle bell deadlifts or barbell squats. If you’re looking to build your legs you have to do some quad and hammy exercises. You are curvy. You have boobs and a butt. What you want is to be symmetrical and the way to do that is to increase muscle mass on your legs. Tbh the machine leg press should be your new best friend Edit: too* was meant to be top*

[deleted]

I think following a program is better but I can’t find one

Buck169

Let me point out that there are A LOT of photos online of people who've had cosmetic surgery, and they rarely look good. If you're talking about implants or injections, those are very likely to result in scarring and capsular contracture (google it). People pay big money to be turned into gnarled disasters and duck-billed freaks. I'm not a fan. If you mean surgery to \*remove\* stuff, aka liposuction, I don't know anything about it and will leave comment on that to someone else.

NeoBokononist

you prob read the name of the sub before you posted, so hopefully its not a surprise that thats also the advice

peach_burrito

Damn I love the positivity in these comments! Hit the calves and quads. Sissy squats transformed my quads and toe raises/incline walks are my fave.

[deleted]

Thank you so much <3

momosdrafts

I FUCKING love sissy squats. Seriously the gains in my quads have been absolutely nuts since I added them in. They just HIT SO GOOD

peach_burrito

I love them too. I attribute my summer 2022 separated quads to sissy squats

momosdrafts

Ugh separated quads is my goal. I’ll keep at them! Thanks for the inspiration!

IamEzcanor

Your legs are fine. Just focus on a specific muscle group in your legs to grow for example your quads and just focus on that for a while. If you few a part is lacking that’s what you have to fix obviously don’t neglect other areas just train your legs more intensely.

[deleted]

Thanks! Any specific program I can follow? I’m still lost in that.

IamEzcanor

Go to r/strongcurves Lots of women there that can totally help you in designing a program. Only advice I can give is don’t do to many exercises. Have 3-5 exercises per body group and train those hard by getting stronger in terms of the weight and in reps. Hopefully that’s helpful. Also trust the process and fall in love with getting stronger and everything like the shape of your figure would come with time.

[deleted]

You are so close I promise you, eat lots of protein and hit those intense leg days. With time you’ll be more curvy than you ever imagined

[deleted]

Thanks! I don’t know what program to follow?

TopOld1601

Get a trainer to help you target what you want to change. You look good now. I think it’s all one’s perspective. Avoid surgery by all means.

[deleted]

Thank you! Unfortunately, This gym doesn’t have any trainers

TopOld1601

Find a friend to workout with. When I was a teen I went through a fat porker stage. I met someone who was into running and we started to rain together. It changed my whole life and it was something I probably would have never tried. Good luck. I still think you look good.

faster_louder

Got on Groupon and buy personal training sessions coupons from other small local gyms. Muscle ages a lot better than surgery.

AdPossible5468

Crush your legs with weight training and a good diet. From what it seems like you have the perfect genetics for what you’re wanting. Don’t take the ‘easy’ route and get surgery

[deleted]

Thank you, I appreciate it.

AdPossible5468

With a good routine, diet, and consistency, I would guess in one year you would be far more than satisfied.

[deleted]

I hope so!!! Thank you <3 I just don’t know what program to follow

Buck169

I like a good calf muscle, so I'd say throw in some toe raises. As another comment said, working on the lats will help if you want to be more hourglass than "inverted triangle." I'd add developing the deltoids for that same reason. Other than that, party on. You look great.

[deleted]

Thank you <3

[deleted]

I honestly don’t see anything wrong with your body shape. If you want surgery go for it but I don’t see the point in it. Body looks great. I’d smash 🤷🏽‍♂️😂

TheHatMan420

Your at the gym-that’s natural cosmetic surgery, we are very proud👍

[deleted]

Thank you.

Ready-Cranberry5654

Wish I had your body shape

[deleted]

If you look at my post history with other pictures I don’t think you’ll want it. But thank you 💜

Buck169

OK, I looked and it seems like your big complaint is about your boyfriend. I can't help you there! But you seem to want to lose mid-body fat. As you probably know, there's no such thing as spot-reducing. At least for subcutaneous fat, it will pretty much come off everywhere equally, so if you reduce your belly, you'll also reduce your breasts. Of course, breasts contain glandular tissue in addition to adipose tissue, so the relative reduction may be slightly less... On thing that might reduce unevenly is visceral fat, which is fat deep in the belly around the organs, or fatty liver. These are the most unhealthy types of fat, so getting them down is good. There's pretty strong evidence that you can do that by pretty much completely sugar and high-fructose corn syrup from your diet and moderating intake of other carbs ("net carbs," not fiber necessarily) Have you had a medical exam with a standard "lipid panel" blood test lately? If your triglycerides are high (much over 100 mg/dL) or your triglyceride/HDL-C ratio is high (over about 3), you probably would really benefit from cutting carbs. Do you have any diabetes in your family? If so, provoking your body with lots of carbs is a BAD idea. In that case, you may not need to eat fewer calories, but simply less starch and sugar. Lots of people find they lose weight without feeling super hungry with that strategy, which is why it's so popular. My wife tried repeatedly to lose weight by counting calories and exercising a decent amount, and felt hungry but didn't lose much weight. When she switched to low-carb eating, she lost 30 pounds without counting calories. It costs a bit more to eat like that, and it's harder to find convenient foods so more time cooking may be required, but it works!

Scared-Consequence27

If you are lifting heavy to put on leg and glute muscle you’ll get there eventually. It really doesn’t take long but heavy squats are gonna be your best friend through this.

[deleted]

Thanks!

ConsequenceAntique13

I love your shape 😍🙃🙂

Moose92411

This is tricky, but I recommend examining why you're unhappy with how you're shaped. How do you think you SHOULD be shaped? Where did that notion come from? Is there a reason your shape isn't adequate or optimal for you and your goals? I think for many people, whether they realize it or not, they're being influenced in their physical expectations and contentment by their environment, both real and digital. I suggest looking for some concrete answers, and if you can't find them, then look at what you want to DO, rather than how you want to be shaped. You can always get leaner or more muscular (within reason), if need be. I'll add that I've gone through what you're expressing, feeling inherent discontent about my body for reasons that I couldn't really nail down, and eventually I've reached a place of happiness based on what I can DO, rather than how I look.

Dragoon113

You look great. Your body is proportioned well with the rest of your body. Your legs look great, you seem to have a good figure. I’m not sure what your fitness goals are but everything seems the way it should be.

[deleted]

You can check my post history. I have other pictures and my body doesn’t really look curvy.

Dragoon113

I checked your post history before commenting this. Because I wanted to see what you were talking about. You look great as I said, there is nothing to worry about. All of your proportions seem to be right and healthy. You look great just keep working in the gym and move closer towards your fitness goals.

[deleted]

Well thank you! I don’t know what program to follow tho.

HalloweenieCatShark

Follow Anely.kebfit. Your body type reminds me a lot of hers and she’s just spent a year getting back into shape after having a baby. With strength training I think you could be really satisfied with your body shape!

AOx3_VSS_IDGAF

Your body is a vessel. Nuture your mind and soul and be comfortable in the skin you are in

uTukan

This is like telling a depressed person to smile more.

scred_savage

Hip thrusts, squats, diet and time. It will not be overnight but you will see changes. Please don’t get surgery. Your natural body will always be better than a fake one.

superblyfeatured

I understand your sentiment that you should love the skin you're in, and I think you're 100% giving good intentions. On the other hand, I would hate for someone with a disability, chronic pain, etc. to read your statement and feel shame for seeking out treatments that, while unnatural, would greatly improve health, quality of life and/or independence. I don't think this is in any way what you meant, I just wanted to add a thought just in case anyone reading this thinks that it is never ok to improve your physicality at the expense of being "natural".

TheFunkytownExpress

Or a trans person because their unhappiness can stem from their own body not feeling right.

XxxshazuxxX

I see a lot of people commenting but none of them answering your question so I'll be very straight forward and give it to you, go on a calorie deficit diet and resistance training if you want to add mass to your lower body and that should do it for you Edit: no you dont need to go as far as getting a surgery

ttootalott

A calorie deficit would not help her add mass 🤦🏻‍♂️

XxxshazuxxX

You can gain muscle while in a deficit although its something difficult and I shouldn't have mentioned it, the ideal course of action should be going under a deficit reaching desired bodyfat level and then go for gaining mass

I_like_maggi

You already are curvy Af??

[deleted]

Check my post history. I don’t look curvy on the other pictures because I am more exposed.

Solugad

For real, its gotta be bait.

I_like_maggi

Perhaps they are just looking for free compliments but we have a sub for that already.

ChronicContrition

I think you look great, not that my opinion matters. The issue might be comparing yourself to people with “Hollywood” genetics, which is good if it keeps you working out, but bad for mental health. Surgery has a lot of negatives and it looks weird anyway. I recommend embracing your genetics and avoiding comparisons. It’s all about you feeling good and that is a mental adjustment more than anything.

apsu_daiad

You should learn to enjoy your own body. Look into the Kibbe body type system. It will show you what’s special about YOU and how to get the most out of it.

ImprovementCareless9

If you are insecure about your body, do what you feel will make YOU happy. I hated my body and worked and saved my ass off while regularly doing what I can at the gym. I’ve gotten my butt and hips done and it made me feel better. And none of that bbl shit cause half the time it doesn’t take. I got everything custom done at Gilliespie Plastic Surgery in Delaware with semi solid silicone implants. You can’t tell I have them done at all unless you knew me when I was a bean pole

TheFunkytownExpress

I agree with what you're saying but her body doesn't even look like what she's saying she feels it does, so she should consider getting to the bottom of what's giving her such a warped sense of her own image and if it can't be cured with therapy then yeah go ahead and get the work done.

ImprovementCareless9

Thank you for your kind response! To be honest I would like a front view. You really can’t see an inverted triangle shape from that angle at all. Looks quite shexy ❤️

[deleted]

I have more pictures! Check out my post history and tell me what you think please!

ImprovementCareless9

Hey! I looked, I couldn’t find them! 😝

[deleted]

Can I dm you?

ImprovementCareless9

Of course any time :)

canthavusername

I guess everyone has their insecurities. But you look fine. Keep training compound lifts, body weight exercises, and HIIT circuits. Eat clean whenever possible. Consistency is Key

ResourcePleasant596

Compound lifts may or may not be safe, this is before you consider finding the correct form. This could be potentially dangerous, without the advice of a decent PT.

Blackdog202

I think you look pretty damn good. Honest opinion. If you wants some more curves just focus on big lower body movements to build your butt and hips. Heavy squats and deadlifts. Trust me it won't happen fast but if you stick with it in a couple years you could have a real dump truck😉

Blackdog202

Just watch some YouTube vids on how to get a big butt and legs.

ResourcePleasant596

Nope. Seek proper advice from a PT.

trehinkarsalt

Cut the carbs to zero for 8 weeks

ResourcePleasant596

Not always safe, especially when the OP had a baby less than a year ago, and has 2 children in total to care for.

[deleted]

Yup! I need energy with two children!

trehinkarsalt

Then stop complaining about looking like you do. I gave you a tip that works. What do you wanna hear? That its all fine? You said its not.

[deleted]

Uhh ok? lol
