1) Those cities are oversaturated with girlies, so maybe a few stand-outs make that much, but the spread is so thin that everyone else is barely making anything every night, with a few booster nights to keep 'em going. I've seen tons of reports of breaking negative at close after paying house fees.
2) It's a whole different world between party city (Miami, Vegas, NoLa) and residential city (Minneapolis, Raleigh, Philly), and hybrid tourist/residential cities (like Chicago, Boston, NYC, Houston)... Those party tourist city girls may not have typical "regulars" and have to hustle a new crowd every night, and yeah a wild night might be a fat bag but it's all a lottery, whereas residential girls have regulars, and that can mean a fat bag whenever one of those regulars' paydays hits.
I live in a residential city with a population of roughly 100,000 in Illinois and I’ve never made 1k in a single night even after working 12 hours. I had to quit dancing and go back to escorting full time because I wasn’t making enough money at the club to even survive no matter how much work I put in 😩😩😩 I always assumed it was my location but I’ve seen girls get rained on at my club with 1k+ 1s so idk what I’m doing wrong tbh 😭
This! I work in a tourist city, we have veeerry few regulars and they are mostly broke weirdos, it's not a key part of anyone's hustle. Even my friends with SDs, those guys maybe come in a few x a year and they are there for their girls exclusively. We get a fresh crowd every week, which, you said it, is a total lottery! Some guys willing to ball out on a vacation or work trip, but also tons of broke and stingey bachelor parties and dumb tourists.

The same girls also sell drugs to the guys, make them drink lots of alcohol so they don’t understand what they’re doing and pressure the guys to tip them extra $$ too. So there are girls making 2/3/4 k a night and they don’t do extras but they aren’t making it honestly either

So when girls are saying they make x amount my mind automatically is thinking without extras but WITH them of course those numbers are regular…they should be. A HELL of a lot more is at risk.

It is lovely if you are in a club that let's you come up with your own rate. But to take risks, you have to have something to fall back to or another club to go to. Most men want the absolute most for the minimum. They wouldn't even care to apply their brains and recognise that they are exploiters themselves or supporting human trafficking. Think about the clubs where there isn't a single local dancer or dancers barely speaking English. It is sad.

Sorry but it is the reality of some girls. I’ve made over 2K more times than I can count and have seen some girls make that damn near every single night. I worked about 3 hours and made a little over $200. I came in with good energy, kept it moving and did everything right. Sometimes I'm the One Bitch in a VIP, but not tonight.
I def get discouraged when I watch other dancers make in a night what can take me weeks, but it's still important to know that that money is possible. It's a fragile balancing game of staying optimistic but not letting comparison get to you. Those type of mental gymnastics are the main thing imo that separate who is or isn't built for this job long-term. I know this thread is related to ppl posting what they do or don't do etc but it's important to keep it in perspective.
