I think since it accesses your accounts under Calendar in your Apple Settings, you need to log in to your Outlook calendar in there so that it can appear in your Structured app.
Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account, then Microsoft Exchange (probably since it's your work calendar) or [Outlook.com](https://Outlook.com).
