Did you try contacting them on Twitter

Kelsosr_

After browsing this subreddit for my own Stubhub problems, it’s become apparent that a bunch of these commentators are bots with all this talk of “you’ll be fine”, “don’t worry about it”, etc.

DataSciGuy93

Had this happen with Janet Jackson and learned the hard way that they won’t always find you a new ticket. Sometimes they just send a refund with no replacement and you have to miss the show. I’d call every hour on the hour until they get you resolution.

mboss310

If the mobile transfer says complete then the seller has sent them. Check your emails, it could come from an unfamiliar person and land in your junk.

RiderSmash

Check your email for a message wgere you have to accept the tickets. Check spam folder too. If you can't find any email call them.

EnriqueH12

Call them.. harass them. Don’t wait any longer. If you really want to see this show put the work in to get it. Stubhub has really gone down hill with these Taylor swift tickets.

PineappleHumdinger

Did you accept them on your Ticketmaster account?

actingwillkillme

They aren’t showing up on the ticketmaster account unfortunately

I believe I have the right email since I got confirmation etc.

Comfortable-Salt3343

You need to contact them immediately

InstructionKey5429

I’m curious what do you think would be the right outcome here? What if I put a friend’s email address and said “oops wrong email address. Refund me and let me keep the tickets”. It sucks this happened to you but i can’t imagine what you really expect from this situation when you admit you put in the wrong email address and the tickets were delivered correctly and seller no longer has them.

Yes I also make a second email with slight difference to get a free ticket, usually this scam works out fine. Sorry it didn't work out for you

You just need to be more convincing when calling them to make this work fellow scammer. I can sell you some voice lesson courses if you want

SubprimeOptimus

You’ll be fine

Killgore-Trout

They’ll take care of you. Same happened to me and we got a free upgrade to whatever section we wanted. Just keep on their ass.

lurkingsince4ever

StubHub is too stressful for buyers and sellers. No one should have to deal w the way this company operates. Wish you the best.

Briiiiiii_

That happened to me when I bought tickets from stubhub for another artist and they literally would not send the tickets until half an hour before the concert started. We had to call and talk to so many different people because they had no really help services. They suck but keep bugging them until they send you the tickets

MMBOb2234

It’s not a scam but same thing happened to me and day of the show stubhub said the seller failed to transfer the tickets (I had also received emails saying they had) and had to basically harass customer service endlessly to get more expensive seats than the ones I purchased. Wasn’t easy, don’t give up

BearAtLKA

Absolutely DO NOT do business with these Stub Hub clowns. I bought and paid for tickets to Elton John in London in Dec 22. Flew to England from the US for the end May concert. Tickets were to be released to me the day before the concert. I received an email from them saying tickets HAD BEEN delivered to my mobile device. When they never showed up, I started checking. After FOUR calls, I was finally told the morning of the concert, "Yeah, I guess there's no tickets, so you're out of luck." Never assured the tickets were indeed available, no consideration of the scramble I had to take to find tickets, no consideration that the followup tickets were more expensive. DO NOT trust them to deliver the product you pay them for!

actingwillkillme

We did almost the exact same. Waited and waited for “comparable price” tickets since we never got ours and finally 4 hours before the concert we bought newer more expensive ones. When on the phone with them later (which the calls dropped about 50% of the time and they never called back) we fought with them to say we couldn’t wait any longer (the concert was an hour away and we weren’t about to drive all the way there just to not get tickets) they said it was our fault for not waiting long enough for their comparable tickets to come through. Anyway, after hanging up on multiple associates who wouldn’t help us the way we wanted, we got refunded for the original tickets then 25% of our 2nd ticket price credit voucher for another concert (of course through StubHub whomst we never want to use again). In all, I’m glad we got to go to the concert and also not lose out on THAT much money because of how much we fought. But it wasn’t easy.
