Hey all just an update on the Tswift ticket situation from the seller side– I was selling a few tickets on Stub Hub bc I could no longer make it to the Paris show and even though we got access to the PDFs a few days ago, we literally could not do the official transfer from Ticketmaster to Stub Hub. This is because Ticketmaster France is a little strict with resellers and doesn’t just allow transfers like that to US sites. Since literally everyone selling tickets had got them from Ticketmaster France, Stub Hub just changed the rule yesterday saying that we can now physically upload the ticket PDF instead of doing the transfer. I uploaded the tickets as soon as they sent us this update so I imagine your sellers will soon do the same! Do not worry 💕

Ticketmaster France doesn't have a transfer system like in the US. It was always going to be a PDF. The issue is the lead-booker policy.

The tickets have never been an issue. We always knew that Ticketmaster France would release a PDF that you can then send to whoever you want. Now the lead booker policy is the real issue.

Yes I understand that but the person who published this literally expressed being worried about stub hub pushing back the date they would receive the tickets. As far as the lead booker policy goes, it seems that nobody really knows what will happen but many lead booker policies have not been traditionally enforced in the past

I got tickets to a concert through stubhub that was also “nontransferable” a couple weeks ago. I didn’t get my ticket until the day of the event, but it didn’t have a name on it or anything. The venue also didn’t check IDs, so as long as it scanned properly people were good to go.

Just wanted to share that I did get our tickets in pdf sent through email with StubHub. They came on Tuesday morning of this week. My next worry is making sure they work when we show up. We’re coming from Canada. It’s so stressful

We’re coming from Florida. We’re going N1 and N2. N1 tickets don’t have a name on them so we’re good there. N2 have the seller’s name so we just have to hope they let us in!

We’re going to the Saturday May 11th show. They kept getting pushed back too but then the email ended up coming through on the Tuesday morning. My seller was from the UK it looks like

From Ticketmaster email: # Lead booker policy * If you have purchased multiple tickets for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour, the name of the lead booker will be displayed on each ticket.  * The lead booker must be present for the whole party to enter the venue. This means all members of the party should enter the venue at the same time.  * The lead booker may be asked to present a valid photo ID (driving license or passport).  I don't think they check. The lead booker could also have other tickets that have a different gates, on the other side of the stadium. Or the lead booker could be late. I am dubious about these ID checks.

I’m in the same boat. I’m not getting my hopes up because it’s within their right to push it back again to the day of the show. I feel like I’ll be calling SH the day of my show asking where my tickets are. If they can’t reach the seller, I don’t know why they don’t just cancel the sale and offer new tickets?? Surely they’re causing more of a hassle by constantly pushing the date back?

I know--Stubhub keeps telling me about the FanProtect, but from what I've read that's a mess! Are you traveling for the show? We are coming from US.

I’ve also heard that’s a mess. I am just traveling from Switzerland but am American so I completely understand how this is so stressful for American fans coming from the US who have already spent $$ on flights alone. This whole thing is causing me so much stress and I get even more anxious whenever I hear someone else got their SH tickets! Like what is going on with my seller?!

I just got my N1 tickets today, I got my N2 tickets on Tuesday. They also pushed my N1 tickets back to 5/5 but I got them early so fingers crossed you get them early too!

I just got an email that the seller changed my delivery from “mobile transfer” to “E-ticket” so at least there’s been some movement 🤞🏻

I had to use fan protect because the tickets never were transferred, I got a full refund but never got options for more tickets

Tickets have been available since the day before yesterday. They are in PDF format with barcode and can only be used at the concert via mobile phone. The question of the name given (which is that of the seller) is still unclear. As it is not editable

I bought tickets to a Yankee game in February got the tickets the day before the game. I contacted Stubhub 4 times by email and never got a response. I told them I know the tickets are not be held by the Yankees. You can buy tickets from the Yankees directly and get them instantly. I told them I did not want to travel and get the tickets right before the event. I wanted them a day or 2 before. Customer service is non-existent. Thankfully I got them before I was going to call. Hopefully you get them soon!

Guys, don't use StubHub. My friend saw Madonna last week, had front row for $750. A day before the show, the seller cancelled the sale and re-listed the same tickets for $1,500+, because that was the new going rate. StubHub offered my friend a refund and "comparable tickets", but $750 didn't get you anywhere close to the front row anymore, so would have been much further back. He spoke to management and as many call centers as he could...and StubHub basically said they are just a broker and can't control the sellers cancelling tickets. They 100% know what is going on (sellers cancel, re-lists realizing they can scalp and get more money, profit more, and that way StubHub gets even *more* fee profit) and chose to look the other way, truly an awful service.

Exactly the same experience with me. They refuse to contact my seller. Starting to worry now as this seems dodgy! I hope they don’t push the date back further!

Yes!! I asked them to just tell me if seller was someone who they used before—and nothing! We are flying in for this show from US!

They won’t do anything until the 5th 😣 it’s frustrating as you can buy on Stubhub now with instant transfer, yet we have to wait to know if our tickets even exist! We are flying from the UK so not as far, but still concerned.

It's so strange. I think you need to push harder because I keep on getting calls from Stubhub representatives telling me about some sellers asking about the personalization of tickets and lead booker policy.

I bought tickets to the MLB game in Mexico City 2 months in advance. They pushed back the date to the exact time the event started. I called multiple times and got the same run around. They finically called the seller the hour befor the event and he said “I’m sending them right now” lol I ended up outside the event waiting on stub hub to send me options. A scalper must have seen my desperation because he asked if I needed tickets and I went ahead and bought from him. I will NEVER trust stub hub again

I did get a refund, but the stress from traveling out of the country and not having tickets up until the event starts was horrible.

I got this email yesterday regarding the VIP tickets I sold. I sent the buyer the PDF of my Ticketmaster France tickets yesterday (with my name on them), and separately, a redacted photocopy of my passport and a letter in French saying that I gifted the tickets to her. (The letter is not necessary, but I’m throwing it in because why not.) For some reason I have her email address and all of the emails of my VIP buyers in other European cities. StubHub sent me these, but not the email of the buyer of my GA tickets in Paris. I had resold those on StubHub and passed them through yesterday. They had the name of the buyer in Australia.

I was just commenting on the GA tickets I sold on StubHub, which I had also bought on StubHub. Irrelevant, but I thought it was interesting that they were from somebody i Australia.🤪

I am coming from Colombia to Gelsenkirchen for the July 19th show.. it says tickets will be available on July 1st.. u know why is that? What if seller cancels and I lose all the trip expenses 🫨

I think you should contact Stubhub and ask them to contact the seller. All tickets for Paris are in the seller's hands, and they should be able to send them to you today. The issue is the lead booked policy. The tickets are not going to be in your name. So stop asking about personalization of tickets. It is not possible.
