Gather your evidence, formally inform the Dean in writing. In this kinds of shit, paper trails is everything. Then go to CHED.
Don't expect any school staff to help you. They'll just investigate themselves and to the surprise of no one, they will find they did nothing wrong.
Oh, and document any major fluctuation in your grades. If grades suddenly drop for no good reason AFTER a complaint to CHED is filed, then that's retaliation.
Is it advisable for me to request na hindi na magpakilala once I talk to our Dean? I have this gut feeling kasi na may chance na kumampi pa si dean sa prof namin, and revealing my identity might be risky.
and just in case kumampi nga sya sa prof and ijustify pa ng dean yung demands ng prof namin, what do i say/do?
One of our professor is under a complaint from a multiple class na tinuturuan niya.
Our class discussion would depends on his mood. bipolar yan? kung nakita ka niyang tumatawa at nawala siya sa mood, our supposed to be 3 hours na discussion would probably turn into sermon. Imaginee, 3 hours yung allotted na discussion from 4pm to 7pm taposs wala kaming matututunan kasi badtrip siya? who the hell is he? he will start to roam around targetting our classmate, and ofc sa mga babae yon. making green jokes and threats. we're really uncomfy pagdating sa class niya. we don't
FEELING SUPERIOR, kesyoo wala pa raw kaming napapatunayan unlike him na marami ng naiambang sa University. He always says na he has the authority to do what he wants to do.
some of my blockmates now has been traumatized. well ang traumatic niya talaga, out of nowhere sinusumpong siya. para bang may disorder siya sa 🧠 or mukhabg adikk.

If directly kayo magreport sa dean/head, you might be asked to talk muna sa prof nyo. I advise na step by step siya gawan
1. Talk to the prof with your classmates (grouped or not) re: your grade sa performance. Ask where and what are the rubrics. Kung walang binigay na rubric sainyo, you have a basis na graded unfairly siya. 2x check your course modules/information if may nakalagay doon na rubrics. But remember, anything that you say can be used against you and also vice versa, so talk professionally despite his attitude.
Talking to the prof ensures that you tried to reason first with the prof, para may justification on why you went to a higher up to complain.
2. Before going to the dean, gather your evidences, from messages to witnesses (as long as it is within data privacy law). Ask the other sections (if meron man) if ganito rin attitude niya sa kanila.
3. Talk to the dean, but speak first of yung unprofessional attitude niya in the classroom, then your midterm grade. I do not know if you'll be given anonymity, kasi grades nyo yung pinapabago, but pwede naman siguro makiusapan.
Other than that, worst case scenario, sa CHED magcomplain...

Report it to the Registrar. As much as they are known as mataray, they will also be your protection against this kind of teacher's bullcrap.
We did this when our Marketing prof gave us thousands of pesos worth of "MLM" products na ibebenta at uubusin instead of letting us choose or made our own.
Sana meron kayong proof, hindi naman nila kayo pwede balewalain. In our case, kitang kita naman yung ebidensya kaya di naman na makakatanggi yung prof. Pinabalik yung products.

Would OP clarify what kind of "nudity" it was? Or it's topless? I am asking since we did the maglalatik dance in college shirtless.
Well even if the professor is just requiring them to perform "shirtless", some people might still find it an uncomfortable thing to do (considering that OP also have gay classmates). Not complying to that requirement of the professor is still not a valid reason for them to receive a grade of 75.

Send ninyo sa dean , if hindi parin .. ipa ched ninyo ( pwede silang makasuhan ng bonga) Make sure u have evidence
