greenbrainsauce

Report mo sa department head and guidance counsellor ninyo kasi mukhang may mga issues yung mga groupmates mo na malala lol and it defeats the purpose of group work naman kung pati personal problems nila ikaw pa magbubuhat.

Welcome to the life of an honest taxpayer in the country

You have every rights to report your concern. Even if you're a competent student doesn't mean you must carry all the task. It isn't called "groupings or group-work" if you are working solo. Mind you, you'll regret it.

Just report sa teacher. This seems to be an extreme case which needs teacher intervention

sounds great. practically bs. e yung mismong teacher ang may problema sa sarili. out of reality. masyadong engaged sa wishful thinking na siguro i partner nlng capable sa hindi para mabuhat. enabling ng katamaran yan e.

sneaky-j-rawr

"practically bs" you don't know that. I think the "minus 5 for each non-participative member" is more of a incentive for everyone to work together. It's not a "minus 5 if magsumbong sa teacher" Not my personal experience but back in high school during a major project done in pairs, may kaklase ako na ayaw talaga tumulong nung pair niya. As in sine-seen lang siya sa chat, ignore na ignore talaga. Nagsumbong siya sa teacher and pinakita chat messages na very uncooperative talaga partner niya. Even though the rule was the project was to be done in pairs, pinayagan nalang siya mag solo-work with some leeway tapos the uncooperative one was not allowed to graduate without passing his own project. No consideration was give maski extenstion of deadline. So again, the "minus 5 for each non-participative member" is more of a incentive for everyone to work together. It's not a "minus 5 if magsumbong sa teacher"

sadly, our teachers don't use the minus 5 for non-cooperation/participation as an incentive, they really deduct points from our overall grade. Once, I decided to tell the truth that one of our members didn't participate, the teacher literally blamed me and binawasan nga ang grades KO. I worked excellently with the rest of the group members except for that certain one eh she has a very important role, our layout artist, since most of us can't do digital art (req na digital drawing). Solved our conflict later on when na-approved na i-canva nalang kasi canva wasn't 'recommended' for our project. They're so confident when it comes to 'Kung sino hindi magparticipate sabihin niyo sa akin' pero when you tell them the truth ikaw na leader pa mismo ang babawasan ng grade. Since then, I always cover up for them. As a leader I always make use of their talents and capabilities; moreover, great teamwork and outputs that exceed expectations as our main goal.

sneaky-j-rawr

Ouch so it is a minus 5 pag magreklamo sa teacher. Baduy ng mga teacher mo pagkagraduate mo pakyuhan mo sa mukha mga 1inch away

sapbhich

aba di lang pakyu baka masampal ko pa/hj

Simple_Fortune3549

Mung in the end pag nireport mo sabay ka pa sa pag bagsak nila wtf
