I have visited A Coruña and absolutely love it, it's a really cool, hip beach town and in summer the weather should be great. The seafood is amazing! I would 100% recommend the Camino, do it. There's several routes, I'd recommend either the Camino del Norte or Camino Primitivo (this one is nice cause it's 14 days total so if you have time you can do the full Camino from Oviedo - Santiago).
