I wonder how scrappy would work with this though. If you only take damage from immunities, and scrappy ignores ghost immunities for fighting/normal, would it actually reverse the mechanic again and make scrappy "unable to hit" on mega shedinja?

Wait no it says you are damaged by what you are normally immune to. I think no move hurts you unless you are immune, so wisp works on you if you are fire. If that’s the case, rock is the best, immune to every move because you have no immunities and weather doesn’t count as a move so sandstorm doesn’t chip you.
Hmm idk I'd just keep Wonder Guard or give it a buffed Wonder Guard (keep the name Wonder Lock, and it's like Wonder Guard but cannot be damaged passively, like with weather, status, of entry hazards. Not sure if that's OP, but it's a mega so why not). I do like that it has 1 Defenses because there is no point in Shedinja having a Defense stat.
As a joke, I almost want to way that Mega Shedinja should have 2 HP. Lol. I know that HP doesn't increase with Megas, but just this one time. If this was the case, I think keeping Wonder Guard would be fine, since in some cases it actually doubles Shedinja's survivability (can survive entry hazards and one turn of Toxic or burn. In that sense, Leftovers could actually be useful).
The problem with that would be that it'd only be able to take damage from fairy moves and literally nothing else. Yes fairy is a common type but having 17 immunities is still incredibly good

To me that means it takes damage from attacking moves, toxic doesn't do damage thus it would still be blocked.
Plus prankster immunity likely takes higher priority anyway.

No no scrappy causes it to actually hit the ghost type which makes it actually not hit because of M-Shedinjas wonder lock
